I wish I had asked this question before choosing the school I did when I became a licensed real estate agent! I chose a well known and popular real estate school for
my pre-license education and my experience was a horrible one! The Instructor was there for a paycheck and not because of a passion for teaching. He was more concerned with his current real estate business and not my future, for which I invested several hundred dollars. I knew I could do better and I was not even licensed yet! Zenith is MY school, MY passion, and I teach every single class. I am very much invested in YOUR success because YOUR success is also MY success. I am not interested in becoming so large that I have multiple classroom locations with extra instructors. I keep my class sizes to a minimum so that you won't get lost in a crowd and I can make sure that you understand the topics needed to pass the state exam. I am just as much invested as you are in your future!
You can submit the application in two ways: printed form and online by visiting Department of Business and Professional Regulation website.
The state application fee is $83.75 and it will take approximately 2-4 weeks for the state to process and approve your application. You can check the status of your application here. You must submit your fingerprints electronically before your application can be approved. The DBPR suggests getting your fingerprints 5 days before submitting your application for licensing.
